My name is Robert Carney I have a pair of AR5s and I must say that I loved
them
untill yesterday. I was riding and they felt little loose when I took them
off
I realized that one of the skis was splitting apart. I got the skis as a
gift
last May and they were brand new so they are less than a year old. I have
attached some pictures of the damage which should be warranty-able. However
they are my only pair of skis so I don't just want to send them and and have
you guys say that you cant do it... Which would suck. Thanks fot your help.

Sorry for the delay in response. I had to leave the office at the last
minute on Monday and am know just getting caught up. From your photo's it
appears as if your skis are under warranty, but we can't make a definite
decision and would like to take a closer look at them. Please provide me

Robert,
I received your skis yesterday afternoon. The pack job was epic. Do you
want your blanket back? Anyhow, I took a look at your skis and your issue
is covered under warranty. Technically, under our warranty policy I'm
supposed to repair that. However, in my opinion the delam has gone a little
too deep to repair and our ski tech/repairman is out of town. I have a
matching ski that I will replace that with and send out this evening. If
