Armada Warranty

I just did mine sent them in with some d lam it seams like they are pretty strict. It has to be one year and not rail or rock damage. They warrantied mine but I havent got them back to see if they sent me two new skis or what.

i did try.. my edge at teh tip is comming out and i emailed them with a pic and they said that it is under warranty for sure but he said it is warranty reparable.. i am not going to spend $60 to ship them out and find they apoxyed it back together.. and it looks like there are 6 other spots where this is gonna happen. I asked if i was gonna get get new skis or if it was just going to get repaierd and they havn't responded.. which is kinda gay..

well one sec here are the e-mail I got...

-------------------

Hello,

My name is Robert Carney I have a pair of AR5s and I must say that I loved

them

untill yesterday. I was riding and they felt little loose when I took them

off

I realized that one of the skis was splitting apart. I got the skis as a

gift

last May and they were brand new so they are less than a year old. I have

attached some pictures of the damage which should be warranty-able. However

they are my only pair of skis so I don't just want to send them and and have

you guys say that you cant do it... Which would suck. Thanks fot your help.

Robert,

I received your skis yesterday afternoon. The pack job was epic. Do you

want your blanket back? Anyhow, I took a look at your skis and your issue

is covered under warranty. Technically, under our warranty policy I'm

supposed to repair that. However, in my opinion the delam has gone a little

too deep to repair and our ski tech/repairman is out of town. I have a

matching ski that I will replace that with and send out this evening. If

you have any questions let me know. Thanks.

I would rather have a new ski then a repaired one that I could have repaired myself. I was hoping that they would send me 2 brand new skis. From what I have learned Line has by far the best warranty.

I broke one of my ARV's last year and they said since I am so far away (Alaska) it would not be worth all the shipping so I just sent them some pictures of it and I got a brand new pair.

yes im quite dumb especially since maybe i like the skis i ski on and armada is the stupid company sending out free skis

What are you taling about... If you care about your skis you should send them in whenever a manufactures defect occurs. If you have never had a delam or a edge rip out then you are not skiing enough because it happens to ALL skis all the time.

i love amada's warranty, i broke a pair of the first years ar5 right under foot from rail damage and they said they were glad i sent them back so they could see what they did wrong and sent me a new pair of the next seasons skis, it was their first year so things probly changed but they are still some of the best skis out there
