volklrider, I agree with you. It would be very concievable that Rossi buys out Armada and not the other way around.

It makes complete business sense. Rossi has enough capital to buy out Armada, and the Armada owners would be happy to sell to Rossignol and become millionaires themselves. Rossignol is obviously trying to expand on their twin tip line, and realize that one of these 'underground' companies will sell more because of the indie factor. At the same time, Armada will sell way more skis if Rossi is their daddy because of Rossi's wider distribution channels. In addition, they could sell Armadas for a cheaper price.
