so if the rumours are true and armada is buying rossi out then does armada get the binding crap to? or is that al patent pending and they will have to pay way more?

 
there is no way armada could ever buy out a company as huge as rossi, with all their skis and other product lines.....

Dude no offense but think about it

Rossignol is one of the oldest, largest (best) ski companies out there. A ski company that just arrived on the scene a couple years ago can not buy it out. Plus Rossi manufacures all sorts of skis and Armada only makes twins.

armada buying out rossi? rae you kidding me? armada's a small company that only produces twin tips. Rossignol has been around for ever and everything that they make is sure to proform to its full constent. actually i have no idea what the hell im talking about. but they couldnt buy rossi out.

no for serious dude. Armada is buying Quicksilver and then once they own Quicksilver they might own Rossi since Quicksilver might buy Rossi. Then again, maybe the lemonade stand down the street might buy Armada... which I guess would mean that the future of the sport is now owned by two little girls in pigtails. They can crayon the new Rossi graphics!

why would rossi buy quicksilver?they have nothing to do woth skiing except for jackets/pants(if the even make ski pants)

 
people people people lets do the math here, armada might make acouple hundred thousad a yr. rossi makes afew million a yr and they probly would cost over 10 million to buy out. there is no way armada could have made 10 mill in the short time they have been around. quicksilver is even larger than rossi so if anyone is buying anything its quicksilver buying rossi and armada

rossi is still having nothing to do with armada and not for next year either, thats wat my boss(rossi rep) just told me. but ya it would be pretty nuts if it did happen sometime in the future but i mean, a 4 year old company buying out a near 100 year old company?

 
I have just got off the phone to Francoise Le Merde the CEO of Rossi and this statement is true, the aquisition is looking at going ahead on March 1st and the press release will be released then.

This is what is happening. Due to significant restructure within Rossi management team they have decided that they would prefer to work(be controlled)together and the only way this can happen is with Armada taking over Rossi. To the extent that Rossi are launching a new boot range called the AR range for 07.

Watch this space.

well dudes 1st of all rossi is no longer owned by the french, it s the japs that own rossi and rumors are that the japs what the market of the twins and that they are in the process of buying out armada too so whatever the story is i think that the japs are going to win this one out rite.
