Armada Triad poles?

hi NS

so i was looking for some poles and i came across these armada poles with the "quick-release love grip" or w/e its called...
I bought the 10/11 Triads i think.. white with the armada logo, simple. i like it.any thoughts ? are they good?
how should i cut em? hack saw? should i take them somewhere or should i just cut it myself?

The poles are poles, nothing too special, the grips are awesome and the quick release makes them super nice to move around if you break the poles (I always hate getting used to new grips, but with the love handle you can just throw them on a different pole super easily). How to cut poles, here:
