Armada Skis

Im looking at this year's Ar5 to buy, not next years cuz they look really bad. But I'm a type of skier that does 360s and stuff. Is this the right ski for me?

 
^^^ armada's suck? you need to take a ski lesson! all mine have held up for the last 3 years i've been on them.... and lets consider i've broken jsut about every other skis' manufactures twin out there.... next years graphics are sick. . what are you talking about?

they will hold up just find for some 3's then some more stuff to come. if you don't want to shell out that money you can find som PEs or Peps on e-Bay cheap.....

thats crazy, i think it's stupid how armada's guarding their graphics or whatever. i really don't think it's going to make that much of a difference, graphics are graphics

I have the black red ar5 and its the best ski ive ever had, I blew an edge but thats unavoidable

It's not confidential ali, don't worry about it. Armada just wants to be tight-ass about their new graphics so they can sell you their old pairs before you get stoked on the new ones.

of course it's my opinion, i'm not trying to force it on anyone. i was just stating that i didn't think they were anything that special.

just go to the post pictures of 05/06 skis thread in there, there are in tact pics of all armada's used in comps (ar5s t-halls and the womens ones) the other three cant be seen yet cause they are for BC and films arent out yet. check out the 06 4frnts and the 06 volkl line is sooo sweet

i have this years, so sick, i think they are the best twintip possible on groomers. And if youre just throwing 3's now i think they are a good ski for ya. Cuz i guess youre also riding alot of groomers now.

In the park theyre amazing, youre gonna see how easy the 3s get with those. And i think that youre gonna land 5s within a year over some serious tables.

total: good ski, everywhere

(get em centermounted or max. 2 cm back of center) THey just get better
