Armada skateboards??

anyone seen this skate company? i just got the new transworld and it had them in it. i dont see how they can take armada's name?

i doubt there is any assosication between the two but i could be wrong. and there video is called"Going against the grain" which i found pretty humoros

well yea i realize that many companys have the name armada. but dont you find it strange that two companies in the Action Sports world have the same name? i just think thats different then comparing it to a type of car or a business management
 
a) no one's ever heard of armada skis

b) no one's ever heard of armada skateboards

they operate within their own little niche markets, who cares, they're not gonna cross paths. Yeah like someone said, google armada. There's 50 million design firms with that name, its not like Armada skis is the originator on this one.
 
but the ski and skate industries are kinda related (think sessions). and lots of skaters snowboard, and might see armada skis on the hill. i think that's wierd how they have the same name
 
That company has been around for a while.. it's a pretty unknown company in the skate industry though.. but after looking at some of there prosducts im familiar with alot of it, that sites pretty new though. they've deffinatly been around longer than the site lol.
 
Armada would be able to do shit even if they wanted to. If it was another ski company, well thats a different story.
 
Yes, but Sessions has been around since 1982, and it sells apparel.. not actual hardgoods.

Although, the insignia that Armada skateboards has looks a little similar to one of Armada's ironwerk shirt...

maybe not...
