Armada Propelled Jacket?

Need some help on how warm this jacket is. Anyone that has experience with it please help. Also, looking to get a S because i'm only 5'3 will it be a good fit or should i go M? +k for good answers Thanks!
 
It is just a shell jacket so it will not be very warm on its own but as long as you layer properly it will be warm enough, and its 10k/10k which is solid. Also with the size its iffy but judging by the fact that you are only 5'3" I am guessing you are still growing so I would go with a medium.
