Armada poles

You take the grip off then you cut the top then put the grip back on. There are a couple of threads on how to do this with regular poles too, i.e. boiling water and what not.

yeh mang....i just tok a sharpy...marked where the bottom of the grips went...i reccomend using a pipe cutter...cuts clean and smooth....ie...wont cave in the tube and will cut it without leaving burs behind, making it hard to put the grip back on.

wait, so everytime you need a new grip, you need to cut the pole? sounds like shit to me, they should make a clip or something

hey does anyone know how easily armada poles break? i've never broken a pair of poles, but i bend them all the time. is armada a good brand for sturdy poles or should i go for some scott poles?

U know, at first I thought this was a stupid question.

But then I thought, not many people cut thier poles.

easiest thing to do... get your shop to cut them.

and always remember... all poles break sooner or later.

nah man. mine are indistructable. ive had them for like a little more than a season now and there is not one bend in them.

just use rentals if there too tall grab a shorter pair if there to short grab a taller pair
