Armada Pipe Cleaner

Does anybody know how this ski rides? The Armada site says it's similar to the AR6 but it's faster and stiffer. Would these skis be good or great for park considering they are made for pipe?

Pipe Cleaner Specialty Model

The newest model to the Armada line, the Pipe Cleaner, has been in development for over a year. Once exclusively used by the pro-team in major pipe competitions, the ski is now offered to everyone. The limited-edition Pipe Cleaner closely resembles the general make-up of the AR6; however, this model uses advanced materials to further enhance performance. It features a high-grade racing base for the additional speed needed in major competitions, and includes Armada’s ultra-light core for the responsiveness and weight savings demanded by the pro team. Not to be limited in scope, the Pipe Cleaner is equally impressive as an all-mountain ski.

Watch the tanner hall movie on the new site. It gives a good description of them. And the answer is yes, it can be used everywhere else.

you might as well just get the ar6 cause its the same ski but the ar6 is more towards all around park

wrongo, check out the armada site. Both the ar6's and the pipe cleaner's have the same edges. (2.5 edge tech)

im done riding salomon's im getting a pair of pipe cleaners, armada rated the pc better in the park than the ar6 and the t-hall

i talked to tj schiller and an armada rep and they both said that the pipe cleaner is more simmiliar to the ARV and that its redicuously stiff for park and its just a faster base
