ARMADA JJ vs AK JJ

Looking to pick up a new set of skis. I just got back from Powder King, BC and decided that I need something more suited for powder.

I'm 6' 4" tall and weigh about 180 lbs.

Should I get the 195's (AK JJ), or stick it out with a set of regular JJ's in a 185 cm?

My current Salomon 1080's are a 181.

I plan on riding Big White (Kelowna, BC) and Powder King mostly...

I'm leaning on the 185 JJ's....

If anyone has any binding suggestions, feel free.... I've been out of skiing for so long. Need to catch up on everything.

 
You're a big guy for the 185 JJ. Only buy them if your preference is for smaller, lighter, buttery skis.

If you like to charge get the AK JJ.

 
Thanks for the input everyone! AK JJ's it is! Can't wait to ride them. Now time to research a ton of bindings. Stoked.
 
Like someone mentioned above, get the 195 AK JJ with STH16 bindings. Probably the best setup for POW in my opinion.
 
i'm 5'11" and ride ak jj's, so good choice going with the longer ski. mine are mounted with salomon sth 16's, white ones, and they look sick. not to mention that the binding performs awesomely and is seriously sturdy. I vote for Salomon.
 
STH 16s for sure. Mine have held up for the past 5 seasons and are beat. But still going hard. I'm also rocking px18 racing bindings on my current skis, they too are just amazing
