Wondering if anyone has tried mounting this years or last years J.J's with AT bindings and skinning with them in the backcountry, they're a sick ski, but they're really soft and I wasn't sure how this would work with skinning and all. Not sure if this should go under gear talk, feel free to move it. Thanks.

hey i mounted dukes on the ep's and those are softer than jjs and they work perfect super super sick

the JJs are sick in the bc. i romped around alaska quite a bit last year on them and they worked out great. however, this years jjs are completely different. i also did quite a bit of skiing on my args last year and they worked out alright. sometimes it was harder going up steeper shit with the skins. but they still worked. this makes me believe that this years jjs will do just fine with skins and at bindings. i am skiing on the 09 jjs right now down in NZ and they are the sickest skis i have ever but my feet on. i reccommend them over any other ski.....whooop whoop go armada!!
