Armada Halo mounting

Where should I mount my 176 Armadas? I ski 85% park. I weigh 120 pounds, im 173 cm tall and I'm an intermediate skiier....

I ski 85% park and when I ski park, I ski rails 60% rails and 40% jumps.

But the jumps in my local mountain are kinda small, so the biggest jump I've ever hit was 40 - 50 feet.

A bit behind center, something like 2 cm. Won't really make them any worse in the park (compared to true center), but will make them a lot better outside the park.

you should mount them at recommended. the ski was designed to be mounted in a certain spot. i mounted mine very close to recommended and they skied great.

It is hard to say. What have you skied before? Mounting position is basically all preference. If they were my skis I would mount them at true center, but that is because I like the feel the best. Someone else might love them the most at -1cm from true center, and another person like recommended the best. It is completely preference, other than the fact that you will want them somewhere between true center and recommended. I can't give you anymore advice than that.

I've only skied symmetrical chamber skis before, mounted at true center.

So I haven't tried the rockered stuff yet!

The Halos are meant to be skied at recommended. their shape was designed to ski a certain way. just get them at recommended if not very close to it. I loved mine

some say that they are meant to be mounted at rec. others say mount them center. I know hornbeck and Moxham mount there halos and alphas at dead center. Yes i know they are pros and this kid isnt but if you are skiing a large percentage of park i would always have a ski mounted dead center. the people who say that the skis will feel odd if not mounted at rec, but if you have never ridden the halos or alphas they are going to ski different anyways due to the EST (elf shoe tech). I say go dead center
