my friend went to tahoe and pickd up some 175 ARVs when the shop said theyd hold the 185s for me like i asked, so i was pretty bummed when i found out i got the wrong size [ the shop was holding them for me and some kid came in and they sold it to him, and gave my buddy the next size down, how fucked is that? ] anyways i called the heavenly ski shop, who sold me the ski, and theyre a bunch of assholes, and i called our local armada rep and tyson at armada and left them both messages. needless to say i called tyson again the next day and he gave me all the information i need and is sending me a brand new set of 185 arvs for my 175s, which i shipped backet today. about 20 minutes after that i got a call from toby, the rep who wanted to make sure i got my right size. i really appreciate when people come thru like that. the moral of the story is buy from armada, and theyll treat you right.

oh and one more thing-

holla!

hmm. well when i bought my skiis from badlands in blue mountain yesterday, they somehow managed to give me 2 of the same ski (the same graphic) and it was the last pair in the store. i needed a ski really bad so i took it. i am trying to contact armada, see if there is anything they can do. but comon, how can you sell 2 different skiis?!?!

hold on let me find the number

(949) 642-6714

call that number and you'll get the armada answering maching thing, and itll say for customer service press 2. press 2 and itll transfer the call to tyson hall, hes the one i talked to, im sure he can work something out for you.

armada gets a bird call from me, prrrrr!

thats what i ment. like, they both had the same graphic, when it is suposed to be different graphic.

I agree. Last year I broke one of my ARV's so I called them up expecting to send them back and be off skis for a few weeks dealing with the warranty and shipping but they said since I live so far away they thought it would be a waste to deal with all the shipping so they had me send them a few pictures of the damage and they sent me a new pair the next day.

I think I only had them for a few weeks before they broke and yes, I called Armada directly and then sent a few emails back and forth with them.

yeah it does. i broke my reacotr12s at heavenly and bought new bindings and got them mounted right after, and they mounted them soo half ass i had to ask for a screwdriver to make the binding flush with my skis and a napkin to wipe off all the glue everywhere they didnt clean, theyll never get my buisness again

my brother also have a Armada ski..but is edges broke out yesterday..is it right that if he send his broken skis to armada, they will sent him new ones?????

From all the experiences that I've heard people have had with Armada's administration, Armada undoubtably values is customers and provides greater customer service than any other ski company.
