Armada Bdogs?

Hey Guys, another thread about skis. planning on ordering skis in the next 10 days and I'm planning on getting B-Dogs but I'm having some concerns with how soft they are. I want to learn corks and SW corks and mainly focus on jumps but still have a playful ski. I used to ride Twalls and loved them so much but the durability sucked. Do you guys think ill like Bdogs if I liked Twalls? and what's the difference in flex. open to more suggestions preferably between 90-95 wide and from larger companies. thanks!

If you wanted to focus more on jumps but still have a playful ski I would probably consider the Edollo over the B-dog from Armada's line up. Slightly stiffer ski but obviously still playful in the tips and tails. I'm sure the B-dog would suit you just fine though, it's just not as jump-focused as the Edollo. I personally have had some durability issues with Armada products in the past, but nothing like Line's current issues.

sick thankyou, i’ll probably still go with the bdog as it’s narrower underfoot compared to the edollo. would u have any suggestions to what other skis would be a good option?

I'm more of a small-brand guy myself but from your initial description I might recommend the K2 poachers, the Atomic bent 90s, or whatever the Faction Candide 1.0 has become. Those skis (and the Edollos) seem to be pretty darn popular out of the bigger brands. Honestly the designs and materials of the larger companies are fairly similar so I don't think you'll make a bad choice. Happy hunting!

Henrik competed in big air in the Olympics with em id think there good

”The goat competes with them so therefore they work for everybody” I see ur point but OP is not dollo bro ❗️??‍♂️

In my opinion, the dollo is a weird ski. I rode it when it was the Al-Dente back in the day, and I don't think it's changed too much. Basically the rear of the ski has a bunch of camber and the front of the ski has a shitload of rocker. The b dog is a bit more symmetrical and I would be rides a lot more similar forward or switch.

I personally would always recommend checking out ON3P, having seen how durable and well thought out they are. They tend to be stiffer than a lot of other park skis, but have a good amount of rocker on their twin tip models that still makes the ski playful but also stable at speed. That being said, you seem hyped on the b dog and I hope they work well for you. B dog always has been and always will be my favorite skier so I get it haha.
