Hey im looking for advice here... i just bought brand new armada arv's 165 on ebay for 255$(yeah!)

but Im not sur if i should keep them because they might be too ''good'' or big for me..

im 5 foot 2, 110 lbs and somewhat beginning in freestyle.. what should i do ?

nah, they might be a bit to big, i ride shorter skis, 150's and im like five five so ide say keep em. but it doesn't matter if your starting freestyle or not. You might as well start on a good ski instead of like techno pro BSTRDS.

I got a pair in 182 and I'm 5'10". They are an awesome all around mountain ski. Float in powder, slash through crud and easy to maneuver in trees and good on jumps for nice floaty spins.

They don't make them in 182, only 165-175-185.

I'm roughly 5'7", 130 lbs and I have the 06-07 ARV (very soft) in 175. You are very small, but you will grow, and seeing as you are just starting to freestyle ski I assume you don't want to buy a new pair if you out grow them.

So my vote is keep the 165's, and enjoy them. They're a rad ski.

Also, don't think you "aren't good enough" for the ski. If any tool asks you why you have ARVs, just tell them to shut up because you get a killer deal.

definitely keep them, you will get bigger, and the arv is a great ski that will help your progression in the sport. no sense in starting off on shitty skis

holy shit you ride 150s??? That's way short bro. I'd definitely have him ski the 165s. I ski 177s and I'm 5'7 and a half or so.
