Uh, how about, oh, I don't know, the fac that THE ENTIRE PROVINCE OF BC, YOU KNOW, THE ONE THAT'S BETWEEN ALBERTA AND THE PACIFIC OCEAN exists, thereby land-locking Alberta? Ya, that might qualify you guys as "Not west coast", don't you think?

If that doesn't do it for you, the amount of rednecks in your backwards province should.

As for the ARGs, they look cool, probably ski well in what they're intended to ski (pow pow and more pow of all types), and have seemingly been in development for while, considering the numerous photos of uber-fat Armadas we've all seen over the past 2 years, which, coincidentally, seems to be about the amount of time Armada takes to get a ski from the "idea" stage to market.

Anyone bitching about the cap construction needs to find something else to do with their time. Trying skiing, I hear it's fun.

They look pretty dope. Dont know how they will compare to the DP Lotus 138 which will be hard to top, but I think this is a better step in the right direction than 'toons were.
 
i dont get why this thread is still going, the ski is such a joke. There have been a shit load of calls from 13 and 14 year old kids and their dads asking about how many of these skis were bringing in and how soon they could get their hands on some. These are kids who ski at fucking rabbit hill and snow valley. Just buy some regular twins.....................fuck
 
Well, in most cases I'd agree with you, those calls are bullshit...and most any 13-14 year old who would want to ride these has no fucking clue, they are just dying to spend Mommy and Daddy's money, and they think they are awesome cause Armada makes them, however, there are some dedicated pow skiers who might want this option in their quiver, I think they'd be an amazing ski to try, but definitely not for anything other than deep, epic snow.
 
sorry, this thread is for talking about the ARG, not how the east sucks, if you would like to start a thread called the east sucks that would be cool.
 
when did i say specificly that the est sucks, there is some rpime skiing out east. What I said was that many of newschoolers members are stoked about this ski, when in reality most of them live out east where the chances for them to get this ski into its natural habitat are slim to none. I live in the west close to the rocky mountians and i would still have a hard time to get this ski in the right conditions.
 
Ok its so its west.....maybe not coast but its west. And for those rednecks in that backwards province, Yeah they just happen to be the richest right?
