Armada ar8 zero

Ive found these whips for about 40% off and am kinda tempted to get them. However the price of these has dropped a lot over the season and the shop still seems to have a lot of units left which indicates that theyre not selling many. Has anybody got the ar8 zeros and is there an issue with them or have I just stumbled upon a good deal?
 
I work in a ski shop where we had a couple pairs of these last fall. They Have a different top sheet on them compared to the old ar7s. More of a textured finish. When It comes to armada skis in general their durability is usually very strong. We sold all pairs of these pretty quick because of the rarity factor of them. If a person is looking to find a pair of them specifically it isn't that difficult to find of pair but what you do get its that rarity factor on the hill. If your someone who likes to have gear that not many people have and you like a poppy park ski then the AR8 is for you. In the end I would recommend most things from the Armada family.
 
They ship to the states? I have two pairs of old Pipe Cleaners and love them. Was bummed when Armada dropped them from their line. But then the AR8 came about and balance was brought back to the universe.

Sadly they dont. I assume its due to armadas policy of keeping the Zero series in the hands of local shop customers
