Armada Ar7s for Pow and all-mountain

ok so i bought Ar7s and i guess i'll be doing like 50% park 50% regular mountain. i know that these skis are amazing for park but i was wondering how they would hold up outside of it (they are also center mounted). my friend told me that doing quick turns on them would be more tiering than usual and that you couldn't ski powder at all. Im really worried tht i made a bad decision because imi not planning on spending all of my time in the park.

its not gonna be the best ski for it obviously but if you really like to ski park its arguably better than getting an "all mountain" jack of all trades ski

That ski will be awesome for everything but a full on powder day. You can't win it all, but that ski is definitely one of the broadest performers out there. Probably super fun on packed pow or 3-5in fresh pow.

honestly any ski can ski pow, it just wont handle as well as other skis designed for powkeep those tips up.

I skied a foot of fresh in montana last year on my 13 line chronics. I had to use a little more effort but i still had a blast.

Yup, they rip anywhere. The AR7's are fully cambered skis, so they won't perform as well in deep snow, but they'll hold up pretty damn well. Remember, it's the skier that makes the ski.

I had centre mounted AR6s......I now have Atomix Punx and I would do almost anything to have my AR6s back. Armada skis are so good...you'll love them.

As people above said, they wont perform that well in powder, but they're exceptional at everything else. Just one tip - don't centremount them if you're doing 50% park. Mount them at the recommended 2.5cm back from centre. They'll ski a bit better.
