Ok so to start off i'm 5'4 weigh 120lbs, i'm an advanced skier outside the park but pretty new to park. In the park i'll be doing like 60/40 rails and jumps. I live in the midwest so i get almost all conditions. I want one with lower swing weight. With me being smaller how much do i have to worry about them snapping? also is the ar50 sidewall on the ar7 that much more durable than the sidewall cap on the punx?

punx are really fun ski, soft, but not so great on powder! dont know much about AR7 but they say they are stiffer than Thall

but i would consider the rossignol scratch (s4) stiff but not to much, still able to butter, better on powder than the punx , amazing swing weight , better at high speed, i have the 2012 i do 75% park they still look brand new no edge crack! i know a lot of members here says they are a solid ski.

Seeing as he lives in the midwest, I don't think this would be a deciding factor on buying skis. I've heard that the Punx aren't all that durable, so based on that, I'd go with the Armadas.

I would say Rossignol Storm, its soft , poppy, playful and with a waist on 92mm it should work better allround than the punx. Their as light as the punx too(no kidding)

I have the ar7s and they are awsome. They are stiff but not super stif, they seem perfect for you pm me with any questions you have on them, the swing weight is uper light because of the ar50 sidewall
