does that mean if theyre drilled for regular bindings now they will show holes?

depends where the tele's were mounted, and where you mount the bindings, so thers a good chance it will, but they can just be plugged

I dont think they would show holes they were mounted with old style 3-pin hole pattern... so the holes are fairly close together. From looking at them I would guess that new bindings would cover the holes up....
