recommended spot works great. Mine are at true center and they are money for park, but a bit too far forward for all mtn

I dream of winter.
 
I have T halls which are 176 and i put them +3 so 1 cm back from true center and 3 cm forward from alpine trus me dont go more than 3 cm...

I have a center mounted pair. It is a very good idea for park. It is a not-so-good idea elsewhere. I wouldn't have done it if they were my only skis.

I would say center mount is a bad idea cause you wont be able to ski in anything deeper than a foot... i ski like 95% park too

Regular mount. It's still not ideal for all mtn because it's like 3 back from center, and for me at least, that's not quite enough tip. Others feel differently; I tend to mount further back, I guess. But for sure on the line if you are using them for all around skiing.

well it depends...if ur using them for park only then center mount them but if ur goin to use them for all mtn then i would say maybe 3 back

if you mount too far back they will blow ass for switch riding, and spins. I got mad trix this year and they got mounted way back, it blew ass. I am now looking at the ar5's for next year. I wouldn't want to mount the AR5's too many times. They are pretty soft to start out.

 
jake, u want me to waste my money on racing skis or sumthing, will that make u happy. i work for my money i think its ok for me to buy a pair of twin, i gotta starrt sumtime

 
Skogenjake, i've never owned some twins too, but i'm gonna buy some Line or something like that for my first twin, and i'm NOT spoiled. Maybe he have seved money for the ar5 for a long time so shut it..

yea man i would say mount them further back than +3 cause ive probably been freestyle skiing alot longer than you and they take alot getting used too... o yea skiing through trees with senter mounted skis sucks so much

Hahaha, poorly and worse... they're not the skis for those conditions. Trying to get them to bite into ice, especially when the edges are worn down (as they should be, for park) is more or less a lost cause. For the conditions they're made for, they kick ass.
