Armada ar5's vs. dynastar crichton's (tm's)

whats your vote...i'd really appreciate info from people who ride armada's specially ar5's to give me some input....are they flexy? stiff? somewhere in the middle? how do they hold up on rails? thanks for any help peoples

well the crichton's are pipe specific skiis so im assuming there more stiff than the ar5's

you should also know, that its essentially the TM with a different graphic and slightly stiffer tail. its basically the same ski as the old phil pro model. they dont change their designs much if at all in case you didn't notice.

i have ar5's, there really nice, they, they have a ton of pop and there stiff enough so they dont chatter and soft enough for butters and stuff. my friend had the bellanger pro's and he liked them but the edges got totally fucked.

id definatly get the ar5's.

Its really what you like the most... personally i love pipe so the dc is great for me...

same here...everything is me (even laroses) exept that my laroses held up real well, i dont know if they are just different graphics, all in all the DC/tm is a real good all rounder.

buying skis for the name? well i already had a pair of TM's and loved them, had 3 pairs of darksides and hated them, but im also considering armada's...i guess im a sellout for buying namebrand skis, i'll just stick to the basement do-it-yourself models from now on. it's cumshots like you that make NS gay sometimes.

^^^thanks for the info. i gotta admit my edges blew out hardcore on my TM's..and i've heard of similar complaints...are the ar5's super stiff? super flexy? somewhere in the middle?

edges will die on dynastar.

as for ar5, they are in the middle of flex, but they have a good amount of pop.

AR5's arnt super flexy, somewhere in the middle. Armada's got the T-Halls for super flexy thats all the soft u need..
