Armada Alpha or Line Chronic?

lookin to get one of these skis! i ski 50% park and 50% all mountain, which would be better?

amd if i was to get either of them where should i mount my fks's on them?

help me out!
 
I have not skied the Armada Alpha's but I skied the Chronics last year and they are one of the best skis I have ever skied. I think they would be a good match for you 50, 50 skiing.
 
If you are actually a 50/50 skier I would go a little wider. Like ~100mm. Look at the line blend or moment pb&j.
 
If you beat the shit out of your skis go with armada the durability is almost unmatched i have 10 days of heavy park use mostly rails on my alpha x's not a single edge crack! after 5 days on my chronics i had 4 edge crack and after 20 days i was missing a 3inch chunk of edge missing.
 
Line skis last around 40-50 days from past experience. Which is fine if you ski 10 days a season, less fine if you ski 50+ days a season
 
Love my Chronics, only ridden them a day but they killed it on a 10+ inch storm day. I couldn't ask for anything more, and after hitting a few hand rails the edges are fine.
 
I have skied the alphas for a year now and i love them. Personally i would go with the Alphas X's because last years technology was pretty wicked. I cant see where you can go wrong with grabbing a pair.
 
Hey man I got the Alpha X in 182 early november and have gotten maybe 20 days on em? so id love to answer questions you got, because going into ordering the ski i was stoked to hear as much as i could bout em. also I watched Hornbeck skiing them in edits over, and over, and over haha. But yeah they are exactly what i wanted and could be the same for you.
