I'm 6'3 165 pounds would the alpha 1's be a good jibbing and buttering ski for me in the 182's?

i also would ike to know cause im also 6'3" 165 wouldn't the alphas be too flexy along with the alpha 2

No, alphas 1s are pretty stiff under foot. Medium flex in the tip and tail. Haven't ridden the alpha 2 but I believe they're similiar. And I'm 6'1 180.

Think of them this way. The Alpha 1's have a race base, just like the Pipe Cleaner's. The Alpha 2's have an S7 base, just like the AR6. If you do more rails and don't like a high maintenance ski, then the Alpha 2 would be a better ski. Now, the Alpha 1 has a softer tip and tail, and a soft base, unless you wax every 2-3 days. So yes, I think the Alpha 1 would be a good ski for you if you do a lot of waxing.
