What you fail to understand every single time is that no matter what happens, these "evil" CEOs will always be doing just fine. They aren't really affected by these taxes, they'll just pass them down to you. What will happen is they will take a small hit in their pay, while getting rid of all jobs that are expendable and getting rid of pension plans that are no longer practical to maintain.
Prosperous people are not stupid, you fuck them over enough and they will leave. In this age of globalization there are going to be more attractive places to do business throughout the world. With all this exodus of money, where exactly is the money for your lovely "fairness" programs?

Obama's taxes will do nothing but completely stifle the economy by creating negative incentives for growth, especially amongst those who own businesses. He is inexperienced, not saying Palin isn't. He is viewed as a celebrity, he is a great orator, I'll give him that. He presents his plans in a way that sounds appealing to those who have no clue about economic policy.
His plan's for universal healthcare will further slow economic growth. Why not promote business and free trade to allow the worker to purchase their own healthcare? Or, better yet, why not let businesses grow so they can provide healthcare to their employees?
Obama appears to be a good leader because of his oratorical and rhetorical skills. However, I have to consider who I want leading us when the shit hits the fan and someone with no Military experience is not that man.

Optimistically, I see a new emergence of a revamped Republican party, with new senators and representatives to take majorities in congress during the mid-term elections of Obama's presidency. I guess i kind of agree with you on that one especially since the Republicans didn't put their best foot foward on this election. John Mccain wasn't the best pick Mitt Romney would have been better IF he wasn't morman. His actions equating to making our country safer is completely debatable. A unfortunate side effect of our presence over there is anti-American resentment, and its impossible for us to untangle the two. Dont get me wrong, there was a issue over there that needed to be dealt with, but I disagree strongly in the way it was initiated and even more strongly disagree with how quickly we abandoned that mission to pursue other ventures.
