Piracy is awesome. Because of it I don't need cable. I can download all the new shows as they come out, Netlifx (which I also pirate) any movies I want to watch, and go to a bar for sports games. So far the Dew Tour has been the only thing I've missed and I've not had cable for almost a year now. When I watch TV at other people's houses I don't recognize any of the commercials, and it feels awesome.

especially games from before 2005. gta and tony hawk is the best evar

i also get most of my music from torrents, but i buy from smaller bands that i like.

i don't feel so bad about downloading music because they charge like $40 for teeshirts at concerts, and if I like their music then i'll always go out and support

also dont fucking pirate ski movies

when i was first getting into freeskiing i pirated Refresh and EDIAS, but i ended up buying refresh cause it was awesome. didnt buy edias though cause it was not so good

the production companies are smaller, your supporting the industry buy buying the movies.

It's sorta like how you should buy local instead of from chain stores, support the community you belong to.

i dont buy every album from underground bands, why would i pay $15 for something i havn't even checked out? i dont just go around throwing money at shitty bands. i listen to metal, where even well known bands are posting on facebook that they need a floor to sleep on, they're all poor as fuck.

I Download music if its from somebody who is already rich they dont need any more money. If its a little rap group trying to make it or something i will buy their album. supporting artists that i not only like their music but them as a person as well.
