so the other day i was in a ski shop, me and another guy were checkin out some fischer addict pros. thinkin theyre real nice skis and all, so my buddy decided to flex them lighty like most skiers love doing to get the feels for a ski, and so he puts them down on the hardwood floor, goes to flex them and
WHAM!
the entire tail section like, explosively delaminates. like, delams and just hangs there off the tail at a right angle on the ground. yes, i belive that would be the best description of the event.
i thought fisher made solid skis? was this a bad pair? because he barely touched them, and i realize they are meant to be skied on snow and not a hardwood floor, but, that seems like bad construction, or maybe someone flexing them too hard before he got to them? any thoughts?
