Yea they are a good beginer / intermediate skate that is gonna last ya for a good time.

The lacing may look excessive but it actually has a purpose, any less and it doesnt do a good job holding the shell tight and you experience too much flex in your shell and therefore have less control.

genesis are solid skates, and cheap.

the razors frames are crap though.

personally i would prefer nihm's at the same price point.

remz are nice if you dont like your ankles I skated them to long and if i walk for awhile my ankles kill and I know its from skating remz to much

ive skated almost literally every single company out there...

And right now im really digging Valo... also xsjado is sick

Hey man i definitively think these are better mainly because of the liners but i would probably swap the frames for ground controls or kizers

Im riding os3 right now and i have to say theyre one of the best skates out there. Theyre not the comfiest but theyre light and flexible. The liners are sick cuz the frame screws right into them. I found that the razors had a lot of heel lift and the screw in liner on the remz fixed that shit completely

if you're a beginner then yea those are good. I have Cult LE skates and some friends bought genesis skates recently, they seem to be working fine. i like the frames on my cults, which i believe are the same frames, and if you are new to skating i wouldnt worry too much about liners and frames at this point. but if you want to buy a better skate that will work really well once you get better, i would definitely look at Nimh or Valo. but yea those would be a great beginner/intermediate skate

get Nimh's or valo's. don't support the big companys, i know your not out to help out the rollerblade industry, but at least help yourself. buy a skate from a skater owned company, you'll be much happier. and the quality can't be beat.

sorry for dub post, i wanted to agree with this guy those. if you have a little extra and want some super solid skates, DEFINITELY go with Valo or Nimh to support the best skaters (Montre, Bailey, etc.) and the sickest companies. If you have the money and are really into skating, I would get the Valo Bailey boots, theyre super super sick

if your lookin for a cheap skate light skate i would definatly look at the remz OS 2s or 3s. I have G8s and i dont really like them that much, kinda dull and just not that fun.

those are good skates i believe, i haven't tried them but some friends have them and love them. if you get them, i would replace the two center wheels with anti-rockers

I have TV.2s!

I absolutely love them. Compared to other skates I've skated, they are a bit heavy, but you definitely get used to it. Plus, if you're a beginner skater, going from ski boots + skis on your feet to those skates will be no problem.

Although, instead of those frames I have Ground Control FLT frames and I am so glad I got those instead.

Also, the liner does suck, but I went out and got some footbeds and now they feel amazing. Definitely going to upgrade the liner when I get more money though.

Yayyy rollerblades! Haha

get the 091s and skate them cuffless with straps
broken ankles ftw
but seriously get remz or gens you wont be sorry

thank you for your input it was very helpfull so i think im going to go with the remz. that is unless anyone has a reason to not get them...

I skated my friends remz and kind of liked them, although it would help if he weren't a size 13. They were really heavy, but I also skate ch1's and mooks, which are super light.

I have to say, I skated razors once, and didn't really like them, but they are really good skates, just not for me. I've been looking into carbons or xsjados, I want to get carbons but I'm not sure if I should wait for the USD ones (thought they look ugly).

Also, K2 is stepping back into the rollerblade game, search around and you can find pics of the prototype skate.
