Are these centered

Rotate one of the skis 180 degrees (not upside down). Then you should be able to see if they're centered.

 
if your still not totally convinced, toss a boot in the binding, and measure from centersole mark, to the tip and the tail, any difference means they are not centered
 
they are symmetrical so they should be centered. they look pretty centered to me. but just turn one around and match up the midsole marks.
 
if you line up the midsole marks without having to move the skis to get it there then theyre centered. if that made any sense, im not really sure how to explain what i just said in another way lol
 
I know how you think that the binding placement isnt centered. I have two pairs of Griffons and both of them are center mounted and it just looks that they arent because of the Heel piece being so long and the Toe piece being really small,it looks really wierd but dont worry,their centered.
