Are there any good parks in Idaho

ok im going to Idaho Falls this winter and i want to know if there are any parks worth going to near there?

Not near Idaho Falls anyway. There is a new resort opening 25min south of mccall. they say they will have full on park and 500' super pipe.

warm foam.....I hate that shit....
 
Yeah, Tautphaus park man, it's the shit if you're near Idaho Falls. I guess the only half pipe in the area is at Kelly Canyon, Jackson Hole and Targhee are too close to not go. Get out of the park and drop some crazy cliffs. The area is packed with backcountry opportunities, just latch into some of the local kids. It's my home town, have fun with the mormon folk! BTW what's bringing you to that area?

Oh, urban possibilities are there too, the cops are pricks, but make the time and you'll be rewarded. There's a reason snowboard mags are starting to film in that particular area, keep that in mind!

Sucks to be living in Idaho Falls. Kelly Canyon is close and are trying to build a park and legit jib scene but they always fuck it up and the hill itself is flat and sucks. Drive to Pocatello and you get Pebble creek ski area which also has a lame park but some of the rails are ok and the freeriding at the hill is awsome!

naterizzle-yeah, mt. spo's dirty rails that spark are the coolest. almost as cool their icy landings on the sketchy jumps that we know and love.

how far is idaho falls from soldier mtn? they had a decent park a few years back...
