Are the schizos worth it?

Looking into 2010 kung fujas flat. should i get the schizos to match or save some green and get a cheaper binding?
 
my friend gave me a pair of extremes with schizos on them
i really like them, and they're easy to use, but remember... they're going to be heavier
i don't know if i ever would've bought them myself, but if i got them for free, why not?
 
i looked into a pair when mounting my brigades but i bought griffons. after a while you will probably stop caring about where they are mounted and just ski them so save the money and the extra weight.
 
thank you, but every person on NS knows that you hate marker bindings. support it with some specifics if you want to criticize. Schizos are a great concept and on a pair of versatile shred sticks like the KJ's they really would improve performance. However, on a symmetrical pair, don't waste the money or weight.
