I'm buying POW skis and wondering if I can easily swap my fks' from park to pow ski. Are they like snowboard bindings where it just take a few screws

Nope, ski bindings have to be mounted depending on the length of the boot so this would be unfeasable.

You can reuse holes that are drilled in skis. I would switch em out every weekend but for remounts and shit its fine

No, they're mounted with epoxy in the screw holes to make them waterproof, if you rip them out and put them back they won't be fully sealed, so you'd have to epoxy them and wait 48 hours each time. You could alternatively get a set of quiver killers

you could pull em out and put more glue in the holes. I wouldnt do this every weekend but a couple times wont kill you.

^and you dont have to wait 48 hours to use skis after they are mounted.

If you're using shitty glue you won't have to wait 48 hours, and sure not all epoxies take 48 hours, but the good ones will, you can get some that set in 5 minutes, but they sure as hell aren't flexible.

Quiver killers or binding freedom is another option. The screws can get pricey if you are putting them in multiple sets of skis, so heads up. Also, I would definitely ask the company you chose who they recommend you go to for the instal. I did this and they recommended me someone local. The dude did it for me in his basement. I wouldn't think that a shop would be overly enthusiastic to do is instal for you - and they would prolly leave it totally chingada. Good luck.
