Are scarfs the new bandana's?

I have been seeing more and more freestyle skiers and snowboarders wearing scarfs where insted of their bandanas.

Opinions? you hopping on the scarf band wagon?
 
i got the package with the brown classic hat, the brown shelter, and the brown pinstripe gloves,... sick deal, they look sick, and i like all of them
 
i have one, the shits pretty baller and super comfy, keeps your neck and chin really warm even if you dont have it goggle tucked.
 
i have a sicky neff one that is kinda like a bandana, but has a sick zebra stripes/polka dot pattern and in insulated. its sick. never freezes up.
 
yea the shelter is sick, i want to buy one because right now, yes i know everyone thinks they are gay but im rocking a neck warmer all black.
 
I have one too. We should proably start a "the shelter" cult for all of us cool kids. It'll be super.
 
i must be a eurofag(i'm from scotland), you racist, cos i've just been reminded that i really want a death from above scarf and i'm about to buy it now.
 
i actually used to see scarves alot more before the whole bandana thing came about... i love my Logic scarf when its super cold out, the thing is clutch, plus it even has pockets on each end.
 
I didn't even realize it was becoming more popular i just got a sick scarf for christmas and have been rockin it. They are multi-purpose because its ok to wear them off the hill, if someone was wearing a bandanna in public it maybe a little sketch.
 
i usually rock a dana because i like to breath through it, but it still blocks the sting from the wind. I usually bring a few and just swap them mid-day because they freeze.
 
sorry if my comment came off a little harsh, but there wasnt anything racist about it. just commenting that the scarf is big in europe where guys tend to dress gay....or metrosexual or whatever u wanna call it.
 
idk if you could call it a scarf but i have this large turbin thing and its legit if you double up it nice but otheriwse it freezes asap
 
That went from pretty racist, to extremely racist

and skiing and scarves should logically mix. Winter outerwear, with a winter sport!  I like scarves, but have yet to wear one on the slopes.  Maybe I'll try it soon and see if I like it
 
i've been wearing scarfs for 2 seasons now. in my opinion they are alot more practical and warmer than bandanas.
