Are my pivots finally done?

How long before I get ejected? For what it’s worth it passed the calibration test. Let me know if you got toe pieces for the low...

Shit they’re old FKS I think like 5-6 years? Brakes and heel piece are new though. Everything but that white piece is perfectly fine. Dude at the shop claims it’s the tech inserts on my cochise boots but the metal doesn’t even come close to touching that plastic when I’m clicked in so I don’t think that’s the problem. I think they just cracked cause they’re plastic lol

Another shop tech that doesn't know shit.

Try get a hold of some 15 din toe pieces. If you had lived in sweden i would have been able to hook it up. The toe pieces of the pivot/ fks 15s and px 15 are the same. Your probably able to get some toe pieces off ebay. Ive found a bunch of old race fks bindnings on the cheap.

I know it seems so obvious but the PX toes are the same as pivots? Only thing that had me questioning is my toes actually say “pivot” on them but they do look identical to PX/SPX toes...

I believe the px toe pieces are the same as the pivot 12 and 14, but the 15 and 18 have a unique toe piece

my fks's had the same thing happen. chipped off completely eventually. i didnt eject because of it at all, ended up destroying the skis before the bindings completely went

Yeah I didn’t eject either. Didn’t feel too different clicked in just didn’t want to risk it

Update: I absolutely FUCKED my knee today after bailing and toe picking the nose into the snow at a relatively high speed. Toes DID not eject at that sweet spot before my knee really gets twisted like it usually does. It’s an almost brand new pivot 12 toe so a little different design than the old FKS toes I fucked up. Not sure if the extra coverage over the toes of your boots makes the binding release differently. Could just be the motion of the fall but definitely go get your pivots calibrated if you’re mixing all these parts together lol

Bruh why does everyone try to buy these from me

I will literally give you 300 dollars for those danollies

They’re completely fucked dude. Edge missing under bindings on all four sides. Edges ripped out of rails. Prolly gonna be my urban skis next season. I wouldn’t sell them to you if you gave me a million just for your sake

Lol all good, but yeah they’re super rare and debatably the best park ski ever made IMO, soft tips and hella rocker and symmetrical. Wets are #2 but the tips on those are too flat for me.

I have to agree these Da’Nollies are so fucking fun. Graphics are hit or miss but man are they fun. Lightweight too

Correct! Thought OP had the 14s then i would say get the sturdier 15 din toes. The heels are 100% the same between the 14 and 15 except for a little weaker spring in 14 vs 15 heel. But 12s will be difficult to make better unless you make it into a 15 with that heel spring. I work a ton with pivots so i know what to do with them but i dont recommend others to play around too much.

Bruh whaaaaaat. I was so hyped on getting a pair. Fuck

Those are stiffer than nomads and DaNollies, they changed up their layup on the line they just dropped and the line they dropped back in november

Yeah it’s wack. The first generation prototypes they sent out last winter to their riders were pretty much the same as DaNollies, but this line is noticeably stiffer. I’ve hand flexed a pair, they resembled something like ON3P magnuses or arv96s, If not then stiffer
