Are look px 12's good?

the bindings without pivot heels. if so, why are they good? are they better or worse than with the pivot heels?
 
They're awesome if you don't need a high DIN binding. Yeah they're kind of heavy I guess, but weight on your feet really doesn't matter.
 
the pivots were a more well liked binding, but they were discontinued and the px series was made. i havent heard anything bad other than a broken brake from my brother and he was using his px 12's for 100+ day seasons 2 years in a row
 
I like them. Yeah, their heavy, but its quite unnoticable. I rode someones skis that had griffins (a much lighter binding) and it wasnt very noticable. They're very durable, I put 3 seasons on a pair, and their still trucking. A solid binding in my opinion. Ofcourse, nothing can top the old pivots.
