Are Line skis overrated?

Does anybody think that Line's are overrated. I'm not sure beause they really don't have one big skier that competes and everybody knows. Plus everything I've heard about Line's comes from people that have them, but I don't know what they're like.

why do new people to this site think they need to make numerous amounts of silly threads? And if you followed skiing a little more you'd know that Line had some of the biggest names in skiing, but is taking a new approach to marketing their products.

how does a company's team influence the durability and quality of the ski? Anyway, i think line's has an awesome team. Pollard kills it in the BC and battersby's rail style is as good if not better than most other pros

^ thanks a pretty ignorant thing to say. Pollard is one of the most progressive skiers out there. He's had amazing segments in movies since like 2001.

Yeah I know they have some big names such as Pollard and Battersby, but why don't they compete? And why would they also cut big names like mike nick and skogen sprang?

would a skier win if he went up for president, like pollard actually running for primeminister, or something liek that

in my personal experiance, they are highly overrated.

i have broken multiple pairs, fixed countless other people's broken pairs, and generally don't enjoy skiing them at all.

after getting some invaders this year and already skiing over 35 days of park/rails/ crud/groomers i would say they are the funnest skis ever. i hit rails and jumps everyday and havent even broken an edge ayet and i have taken some hard hits on these skis, i am def getting some invaders agian next year!

" Plus everything I've heard about Line's comes from people that have them, but I don't know what they're like."

Maybe I am COMPLETELY retarded, but isn't the idea of everything, to hear what people who actually ski Lines think of the skis?!?

Why would you take someones opinion into consideration if they've never skied them?

Anyways, I've had 1260s, and now Skogens, and likely Chronics next. I can say that out of all the skis I've ridden, I like them the best. And my skis have held up fine, durability-wise.

yea man i am 100% behind ine...and i was hopeing that ashley or jay would of posted in here becasue they always have something good to say/.

are there a new pair of lines comin out called the puppet masters....or some other company...the lift attendent told me he demo the "puppet masters" the other day at someother mountain and they were nice

deff a good company but i woulkdnt recomend invaders or 30o dollar skis to anyone buying them

just because they dont have ppl that compete doesnt mean shit about how theyr stuff rides, pollard is the man and theyr skis are sick so therfore they are not overrated at all

but its not like the topsheet, its like a little thin plastic layer like seran wrap or sumthing that doesnt even affect how the ski will hold up. from what ive heard, the only affect it has on the skis is the color of the ski doesnt stay white

not just no, but hellllllll no. Lines are the sickest skis out there, ive owned 2 pairs and im gonna buy another pair for next season for sure. Those shits are bombproof muthaz.

and p.s. there is no way that Pollard and Battersby are overrated.

Word.

I first thought line was the worst company out there and overrated

THEN i got a pair of the Chronic Wides Fucking Amazing skis quality they are so stable, and durable.
