Are lifties out to get skiers?¿?

So today started out like any other, i awoke up and went to the local mountain bogus basin. I had forgotten my poles and so did my friend Chris. The first time we got to the lift the liftie told my friend to not touch the chair in front of us. So Chris didn't say anything. We took a run and then got back onto the lift and when we went to get off the liftie told us to wait and get off earlier, so we said ok and skied away. After a mad shred sesh we decided to go to the same lift and take a couple groomers, so as we got off again the liftie told me that he was pissed and was going to take my pass, so i told him in the most politest way that there is no fucking way he is getting my pass. My friend chris told him nicely to fuck off and we skied away. But out of no where here come two 40 year olds yes 2 40 year olds came at us and called us some mean names and we had politelly asked them to leave us alone butone of them charged my good friend chris and he had assumed the position of full tuck (and for those who dont know tha advantage of a ful tuck is, it will gain more speed faster) and tried to ram him. Well chris was not gunna have any of that horse play and pushed the forty year old off and the 40 year old fell. Chris didnt wanna leave it at that so he skied towards him (25 feet) and procedeed in buttering onto the mans back and then kick him with his ski on SKI STILL ON! Then he took off his skis and went over to the old man and the old man was on all fours swing at chris' penis. So chris white washed him and punched him a couple of times and then we skied away.

The day was a tragic day for the old man who was 40 years old trying to beat a 16 year old. Well the liftie told ski patrol that we were harassing him and many others but the ski patrol believed our story and told the liftie to stfu.

i dont thinks its all lifties just the non skier or rider ones. im a liftie and see ppls attitudes all day, the others that ski are soo happy to be able to work at the mtn and ski for free which means good vibes, and the rest just act like they got sticks shoved in real deep.

two weeks ago some lifty got super annoyed at me too for touching the lift infront
noobs on the job, after a couple of weeks theyll realize how wack their job is and not care anymore.
 
i love lifties. last time i went up to skibowl there was the hella drunk guy who had crazy eyes. he was funny. and this other old lady said that the snow god had a hangover which is why it was rainging.
 
hahaha thats awsome last time we told off a lifty and the lifty went and told ski patrol on them my friend ended up skiing down the whole hill towards the lifty and snowed him somehow from the side of the line. It was hillarious the lifty didnt even see who did it we went on next run. hahahah
 
the lifties at our resort just refuse to clean off the snow on the chair, and get our asses wet, but that's my lifties to the 10th degree, epicness.
 
exactly. the goal of a liftie is to prevent skiers from getting on the lift. everytime one does successfully, the liftie loses $1.
 
thats pretty funny but i am a liftie and i would never take anyones pass we get shit all the time from people when its not our fault so maybe he was just pissed off
 
Ii dont have pics but i have a shit ton of witnesses and a kid just posted in here that he saw it. It was pretty intense but the old mans sound effects were by far the best.

he asks to see my pass every god damn run even tho he saw it like eight minutes previously. hes probably just trying to see if i lost my pass on my way down and wants to se my face when he doesnt let me ride the lift. I just take it out of my pocket and strech my ns lanyard as far as it can go so he can see my pss real good.
 
nah man its all true no joke, the nerve on some people is crazy. And yea its a bigger guy kinda fat real grungy beard kinda reddish brownish
 
haha today my friend was throwing snowballs at my other friends in front of them and the ski patrol saw them and gave them a warning(if yo u get another one you get suspended from the park i guess) so the ski patrol told my good friend if he 4'd out he would get the warning taken off haha.. he was a dick but it was pretty funny
 
some lifties are such douche bags like today for instance my friends and i were playing a game of musical skis (when you all switch skis right before you get on the lift) when all of a sudden the damn liftie stopped the lift because we were 'misbehaving' or some bull shit.
 
so my parents are cheap and bought me like a junior ticket that says im 12, but im actually 16 (and i dont look 12 at all).

so this lifties checking tickets, hes like, when were you born? and i wasnt prepared so i took a wild guess and said 1996 (and i was right) but then he asked my age (he obviously couldnt do that math the quick either) and i said 13. my dad said 13 when he gave it to me, and so the lifties like "this is for 12 year olds, i gotta clip it. just go back with the receipt and get the right one, they will probably do it for free." this was at 3 oclock... the lifts were closing in like 30 minutes, and i said i was 1 year old than i had to be... he was a nice guy too, but he couldnt just let me go? so we just hit up some lifts that didnt check till the end of the day
