Are klint pipestars buttery?

Seeing as how they are called the pipestars I assume they are on the stiffer side

yes, they will jib just fine. they are on the stiff side, as mentioned.If buttering is your thing I would suggest the PURE. Its BAD ASS. I ski it everywhere all the time (until I get a pure st (pow version)).They stomp, butter, spin, carve, and float amazingly. I would say however, pipe is not their strong point.

No not really. AWESOME jump and pipe ski but not especially playful or buttery. At least not for someone like me at 5'8" 135.
