Are double cork 7s possible?

Its never been done, but it should be possible. It would have to be a BIG jump. It would be so steezy. A slow spinning double...

Dane Tudor did a double cork 9 at Windells, not gonna bother with finding the footage but it was essentially a double cork 7 with one last spin thrown in at the end

If anyone could do it then he would be right up there but I wouldnt completely rule it out, if it goes downmy money would be on dumont for the first one
REPOST

Matt Margetts does a dub 9 near the end of "Look on The Bright Side". Basically cork 3 to cork 5. Seems theoretically possible to do a dub 7 by going cork 3 to cork 3.

I can see it being done.. I don't think we're at the peak of the sport yet, new tricks will be invented / more tricks will be tried.. I think the question is - who will do it first?

I not a fan of tramp vids but dubcork7!?

Really wanna see some footage in this thread even if its not on skiis

would be crazy.

and to those bitching about using the searchbar, stop complaining.

myabe you haven't used it yet, but the new bar sucks major dick and you can't find anything.

/end rant.

. im sticking up for this could too

search bar sucks.... everyone knows it... we all do the best we can

why would you hate to say it? Dumont is an amazing skier and a huge innovator of the sport of pipe skiing. The dislike of Dumont is starting to get annoying on this site because nobody really knows him and nobody knows for a fact that he is a deustch. And lastly, he has proved himself in every aspect of the sport ie: rails, pow, jumps, and pipe.

this is what skiing should be progressing to instead of triple corks. i mean those are cool but stylish tricks should be mastered before triples.

thats just my opinion though

My friend saw a pro at woodward do them off the tramps but i cant remember who... i wanna say either joe schuster or tj schiller

if you think about it, a dub 9 is a cork 3 and cork 5, but a cork 5 is a cork 3 with an extra 180. if you just eliminate that extra 180, then you would have two cork 3s and a dub 7. it would be wicked hard to do two corks and only spin twice

cork 7 is one set rotation, you set the cork rotate 720 degrees and land. dub cork 7 would be two set rotations, so set cork rotate 3 come back on axis in the air then set the next cork rotate 3 and land

took me a while to find it in decent quality, gaurantee this is the vid you're talking about

such a sick segment. Made me happy to see it again. SOme really nice cork seven noses in there but no dub cork sevens.

its all good but u would do a cork 3 then set mid air for another cork 3. so its 2 corked 3's back to back. to make the trick a dub corked 7

This. Also just picture a person going corked then coming out then corked again. Same thing this kid said but an easier way of looking at it
