Are DNA Jackets made in the US?

Well just like the title says, are DNA jackets made in the US? If not where are they made? And if DNA is not made in the US, what are some brand names of quality jackets that ARE made in the US??

 
I don't think they are since they are a part of Descente, which is french... and I haven't got any idea of american clothing corps, oakley? :)

I live in Canada and I want to order a pair of skis and a jacket from a store in the US. I dont want to pay duty. I have been told I can get around paying duty if all the products I buy are made in the US.

 
If you live in Canada close to the boarder eather drive to a store in the US or have your stuff shipped to an adress in the US (relitives or friends)
