well i dont know about the constuction and stuff...i just know they ride well...i tried them in whister this summer and i like them a lot. you hardly notice the width in the park

i dont know, ive never tried them, but in the end a ski is a ski. Personnaly id rather encourage small companys like 4 frnt because they do it to progress the sport and they are one of the only campanies that take sponsorship videos seriously

the fact of the matter is they are a great ski and all, ive heard a lot about them and they look amazing but there is no store by me that carries 4frnt and i am hessitent to buy skis online before looking at them in person so in the end i think i will buy some TM or PE because stores carry them around here

Give 4FRNT a year or two. Go with a proven quality shits like ScratchFS, MadTrix.

I'm thinking about trying out this year's Armadas because it's their 2nd year.

And... 4FRNT is definately TOO OVERPRICED!!!

does anybody know how heavy they are? like are they real heavy or about the same as the pocket rocket or seth pistol?

 
justin! my man... obviosuly 4frnts.. and for anyone reading this... 4 frnts are clearly the way to go, cause the way theyre built is like the dopest thing ever... the edges on most skis end where the tip and tail start to curve up, but on 4 frnts, the edges continue up past where they start to curve, so you can carve a really long turn... theyre sooper wide and stable, and so pretty much they are a really good all around ski... they hold up on the rails, and kill it on the slopes, so mos def buy some... plus sterbs and joe (guys in charge) care sooo much about how this is all gonna go, theyre working sooper hard, and care a ton about what u guys all think, so give them some supprt, and help get their shit off the ground...

Another big plus about the edges wrapping all the way around is that you will be able to STOP HAVING EDGES FALL OUT. we all know how that is, whether it be from rails, riding, or rocks, and this way it'll be a heck of a lot less of a problem.

Second, when you guys say you want to give it a year or so to get everything worked out, well, knock yourselves out. But it's a fact: you WILL NOT have the best, most progressive skis available.

Do you think these skis have been tested for over year because they want to put out a first version with problems? No. This is no longer a prototype ski. This is a ski that has been tried and true. Not necessarily by your friends, but by demo'ers at whistler, and professional skiers around the world.

4frnts are hella sick...even though i've got PE's because i'm a cheap bastard and didn't lay down the money for 4frnts...

 
I really really want the 4FRNT's. i have heard great things abut them, and also bad. I heard they are almost straight, really wide, pretty heavy and worst of all slow. at COC Eric Hjorleifson had em and was barely clearing the big table and was skating hard. that might have been that pair, or they may all be like that. all in all skis are skis, so go fer 4FRNT. unless u have no $$$..

all i gotta say is that the PEs are sick, but i havent tried 4frnts so i wouldnt say PEs were better than them but they are sik
