Are 183 STL's gonna kick my ass?

Im not exactly a huge guy and im thinking of buying the 183 STL's. I currently have 163 mad trix so im making a pretty big jump. Im 6' 145lbs in case your wondering.
 
for your height thats not bad, but for your weight you might want to go 178. im a big guy. about like 6' 200ish, and i got a deal on the 178s, so i went for it. theyre not really too stiff in the tips, but the tails are def. stiffer than last year. the pop is redonkculous.
 
wow i'm the same body type as you and you're on 163s? shit, i couldn't even imagine skiing on something that small.

the 183s will be fine.
 
Ive had the mad trix for 3 years now, they have ceased to amaze me in there bombproofness, in those three years ive shot up about 6 or so inches
 
there perfect. im the same dimentions and ride a 179 fujative and love it. Plus STL's are light and soft. Do it!
 
I don't see how all these really tall people are so light. lift, or drink milk or something. But yeah, they're a generally soft ski, so there shouldn't be a problem.
 
im 5 11 155 i have a hard time flexing the ski cuz there as hard a a 300000000 year old peice of shit covered in 4 feet of super glue but i liked them expecially off of the tables the stiff tails are rediculaseful and u wont feel a thing on a landing id but them if i was u but id also eat more food like im gona do lol. And buy skis at the end of the season i rode dogans broke them and got stl's for 400 ahhhhh life is good
 
im 5'10 140 and my next ski will be over 180 so unless you suck ass your fine, infact that ski will make you a better more comfident skier because you have more surface area to keep you from falling on your gacky face..
