are 169 pe's to big

im 5' 4' and still growing and my shop wudnt give me 161 1080s so 169 pe's are probably too big but weight factors in

 
when you stand the skis up next to you how tall are you in relation to the skis?

they should be at the VERY LEAST up to your eyes

weight is a lot more relevent than height. and im 155 pounds and riding 185's, and i like the size a lot. i guess you cant spin quite as fast, but noone likes a huck anyways.

This may not help... but after I got my 169's and had them mounted I wish that I would have gotten 179's. Im about 5'10' and I think I shoulda gotten the 179's. Plus if your still growing you can grow into them. The 179's are about up to my eyebrows on me.

 
Being 5'10, of course you should have got 179s. My dad (5'10)was looking to go really short for good turning and he got 179s. 169 is way short.

i ski 170 Armada's im 5'9 and there at the top of my head there comfortable

just get 179's.....you'll be used to them in exactly 7.2 seconds

im 6' and i have 169s but i got them when i was like 5'7 and don't have money for new ones at the moment... i find they are a little small, but still good. 169 is definately not too big for 5'4 and growing.
