Arcteryx Beta sizing

Longshot of question but wondering if anyone has experience with arcteryx beta jackets (specifically LT) and their sizing. Found a good deal on marketplace but it is a XXL. I'm 5'11" 180 lbs and wear baggy typically but didnt know if this would end up being over the top? thoughts appreciated

One good thing about Arc is that most of their shells have a cinch feather on the jacket so you can cinch the bottom and it makes the jacket fit a lot smaller and not drop as far down your legs

Good arc deals in good color ways are tricky to come buy so I would highly recommend pulling the trigger. You can always flip for a profit and use that money to buy something in your size if it is too big.

If your actually 5’ 11” then xxl shouldn’t be extremely baggy. I’d say buy it and if it doesn’t work out post it up on buy sell and I bet someone will snatch it within a few days

If I had to guess based on not much I would think an XXL would only be slightly big on you, moderate bag.

I’m 6’1 and I have a size large beta lt which fits very well. It’s more of a fitted-ish fit so not really that baggy but not skin tight. But if I’m gonna be honest I feel like XXL might be to big for you because I remember trying on some of the bigger sizes at the store and even XL seemed massive.

Lol same I feel like the hood is gonna be massive. maybe the cinch strings will make it workable, but otherwise I'll just flip it

feel as though might as well buy a proper sizr if its arcteryx

yeah but I'd rather pay $200 for brand new through marketplace as opposed to $450 or whatever for retail

Super stoked on it, just the amount of bag that I wanted. Cinch strings make it perfect. Hood is huge but I can fit a helmet under there easy which is nice. Expect to be using this for a long time. Just need some real pants and I’ll have a waterproof kit for the first time ever

Also the same person was selling this rush jacket (retail 700) for 350. XL. Figured I’d put this thread onto the deal first, will post it in the good deals thread in a day or so. In Minnesota

I’m 5’10 180lbs and I just copped a large. I would say it’s looser fitting but not like Steeze baggy. An xl should be plenty of loose.

Is this a Beta/ LT/ or AR? Looking into them and only the AR is 'Regular' fit while the other two are fitted. I guess I'll just go try some on worst case. Thanks!
