has anyone heard anything about armada skis? they are sick, but i can't find anything on them in a magazine or online.

 
its some secret for a while, just be patient and details will arrise

hey i went to sms camp and boyd easley was coaching and he said they are going to put out 200 or a little more teasers then then wait for not this winter but next they will put them out

yea i was talking to boyd and he said they are going to put some on the site, and then sell more later. He said they are made like a snowboard so the will never break. They are sort of black, grey, pink wax, and big white ARMADA lettering. they look amazing. boyd says they are the sweetest skis ever.

i work for ebb teh guy that pretty much started heelside snowboards, well started function that was bought and now called heelside, anyway he set up levinthals factory for him in his garage and pretty much showed him how to make skis, so yes line has been influenced by snowboards somewhat i suppose.

i have seen snoboard crack even break in half.

las season i saw a snowboarder land on the nose of his bord and break it off so clean he didnt notice it until he tried to ride of and ate shit. HA HA

 
thats not very funny dude, you shouldn't mock him cause he broke his board and ate shit he probaby worked hard for it and now he is screwed. also i never actually heard or i should really say seen someone completely break a board in two pieces.

Julien Reigner-Laforgue was a coach at High North this year, and he was the guy that designed the Armadas. He had a pair and they are sick. They are everything the Scratches are, except better. They are also gonna have the sickest team out there. All the big names are signing on. They are definately gonna be the best freestyle ski out. Julien told me they are supposed to debut November 1st.

 
i havent tried the armadas but i was talkin to this guy in oregon that had tried the scratches and the armadas both for two days and he said that the armadas are exactly like the scratches but have 5 times as much pop and grind a little better so if you liked the scratches i think you will like the armadas

its seems to be that way, they are super flexy, i doubt they will be that great anywhere but the park, or they dont look like it anyway. but i think they are suppose to be released mid winter
