AR7's vs. the T-Hall skis

I live on the east coast and ski park about 90% of the time. Ive been on the armada site and say the new sidewalls they added to both skis but just wanted some more info from people who have ridden these skis. Also dose anyone know how much stiffer the AR7s are then the T-Halls?

Thanks

Srry I meant to say having said that I love my ar7s they are awesome ar50 construction is the best out there super light poppy and awsome on jumps and even rails with the cap tip and tails, couldn't be happier with mine if you have more questions just pm me, the t-halls are a more jib specific ski but can still hit a 40 footer with ease

only difference in the two is that the Ar7 is stiffer. I have Thalls and I love them. I'm 6' 2" 150lbs and I can butter the shit outta my thalls. I like a softer ski, just cause I'm on the skinny side. I've ridden on ar6's before and can say I notice they are a little stiffer, can definitely charge a little harder on groomers with them, and they seemed more stable on bigger jumps, but I don't hit jumps over 35 feet on a regular basis so the Thalls suit me for what I like to do, lots of rails and smaller jumps, nothing really over 35ft. hope that helped your decision.

so im like 130 pounds and 5'4, and i ride mostly rails so would you recomend the t-halls? also does the stiffness of the ar7 take away any rail ability??

btw srry i feel like im taking over ur thread :/

i dont think the stiffness of the ski will effect your skill on a rail haha it will definitely be harder to butter on the ar7s though

I've owned both (Ar6s for 3 seasons, T-Halls for 1) and I've gotta say... I don't really notice a huge difference. Sure the Ar6s are a little stiffer, but not a crazy amount. Honestly, it doesn't really matter. I've hit probably 60+ foot jumps on both and each holds up fine. On the flip side, they're both really fun on rails, and you can certainly get up on your tips if you try.

Eeny meeny miny mo when ordering?

So talking with my shop, Ken Jones Ski Mart of Nashua, NH (more commonly known as proctorjones.com), they talked to Tyson Hall about the differences between the T-Hall and the AR7, and according to them Tyson said there was zero difference besides the topsheet and that the website was just BS for sales/marketing purposes. I guess they didn't want to make it obvious that they were the exact same ski but with two different graphics cause then the pricing wouldn't make any sense.

Take it for what it is, but this is what Tyson Hall of Armada Skis told the people at my shop.
