Ar6's vs Moment jibs, vs Moment reno jibs.

So I'm pondering which ski I should get next year, and I'd really like some help.

I ski park 90% of the time, unless its dumping.

i'm 5'8" 170.

Last year i skied ar6's and loved them, but im looking for something different this year but don't wanna risk buying something i'll hate.

I love doing rails, and im afraid the fact taht reno jibs make it harder to lock on rails to pretzel(cause of the fact that they're rockered). Any ideas, suggestions?

I'm not too good on jumps but im hoping to get much better on em this year.

First of all, you got a couple things mixed up. You are thinking of the Moment Reno Rockers and the Reno Jibs. The Reno jibs are symmetrical, fairly stiff yet poppy, and have camber. The Reno Rockers are also symmetrical, soft, and obviously rockered.
Second of all, what do you want to get away from with the Ar6?

Sry bout the mix up, ya i mean Reno jibs, and Reno rockers, (my bad).

As for the ar6's I had 181 (and plan on getting 181 in either rockers or jibs cause i like the length), i found that they we're a little heavy, and didn't have the pop i wanted, maybe it was cause it hand me downs, it was they're second year in the park. I just wanna try sseomthing new and i hoped the reno rockers would provide that but without getting into something i wouldn't like. As for locking onto to rails does anyone have any idea if the fact that they're rockered makes it harder?

depends where you're skiing but my buddy just got the Rockers. He hasn't skiied them yet but that ski is sooo light and its rocker is mellow so it looks like it can handle highspeeds off park boots while still a butter machine. i'm 5'8 and want to look into getting a pair...

I have both Jibs and Rockers but haven't skied them yet.. Both are super light, lighter than the AR6 for sure,, the jib has a lot of camber and is decently stiff.. apparently has loads of pop.. the rocker is an odd one.. its hard to compare pop since you pop in a different way on a rockered ski.. its pretty soft so i wouldn't be taking it on jumps.. you are a solid weight so i would go for 181 Jibs.. just better all over for what you are doing..

I dont no bout the renos but i got AR6s and they are awsome. I find that they have good pop there solid underfoot and u can hit booters at speed comfortablly if you can get all that in a lighter ski go for it i rekon

I'm adding the Salomon Suspects in the mix too. Anyone know how these compare to Ar6's Jibs and Rockers, in weight and flex and all around fun (butters, just messing around)

Again I'm looking for a new feel on skis (i was on Armadas last year). And can anyone tell me how rockered skis affect locking onto boxes? Seems to me that it would be harder. Any ideas?

thx for the replies so far.

I'm sure you could lock in with the rockers. Collin Collins does a 2 in switch out on a rail in this edit with hellbents so I don't think its much of an issue:
Also, I don't know if moment accepts payment in form of mayonnaise...lolololololololol
