AR6 or Pipe Cleaners?

I'm gonna get the 09's of one of these skis, just can't really make up my mind.

I never ski powder, it's always groomed (usually icey). I've been skiing since I was five so I'm pretty decent /claim. I'm not a rail whore (although they are fun), and I usually split my time 50/50 with park and the rest of the mtn.

If you do rails I would say the ar6, but if your just hitting jumps and groomers pipe cleaners would be nice. Both seem like sicks skis.

They're both sweet skis but I'd go with the AR6. It's more versatile and durable. The pipe cleaners are more one dimensional. they have an awesome faster base but it doesn't hold up as well and I've seen people gauge the bottoms of them on rails. I've got a pair of last years Ar6's and love them but you can't really go wrong with either one.

Ive had both and id def go wit the cleaners.... I hit the occasional ral on them as well and they have held up perfect... Bo gouges pr marks... just a few scuffs... They are built for a pipe so they are super sweet in icy conditions and they are great on groomers. THey are lighter than the ar6 as well.

i have the pipe cleaners and put about 50 hard jump/pipe days on them and they look really good. no rails really but i crash a lot and generally am rough on my skis and they are holding up fine. im actually going to try to make another season on them.

plus im 185 pounds and that touch of extra stiffness makes all the difference to me, if thats any issue to you.
