Hey i was wondering if the AR5 are ggod in powder. I ski mainly northeastern stuff but i got to Utah like a month out of the year. Will the AR5's be good in powder??????

maybe consider arv then? 90mm waist can still rock the park and such and handle the backcountry with no problems

how big are you?

dont get a powder ski if you mainly ski out west..AR5s rip EVERYWHERE and dont worry about the 1 or 2 weeks your in Utah dont sacrafice your regular skiing for 2 weeks out of the season..but the AR5s will do fine in the pow unless your over 150 lbs

I just got AR5s, and I'm finding the progressive mounting kinda wierd in powder. I'm leaning back alot more than I feel I should. They aren't the best powder ski out there.

They are AMAZING in park, like, they blow away everything else i've tried far away. On groomers they're fine, slush (we've had a bit here) they're fine, in bumps good. But Powder seems to be their weak point.

Without skiing we are just monkeys with car keys.
