Ar5 or STL(, Scratch) and how long?

Hi,

now I am thinking of a ski to get here in Germany. I am 165/45kg and 14years old.

Which one to get for park, Bc and Piste also Moguls(EVERYTHING GOOD?).

STL in which size, AR5 in 160 or 170 when I go everything and am 165cm? And Scratch in 168, claire but get which one? And is the Marker 12.. a good binding?

I can't test a ski, and please 4Frnt and Rossi and Armada haters, please stay outside and if you have any comments, tell why you think so, please!

Best wishes and thank YOU!

good question! my parents didn't allow me having the chronic. well not 'allow' but they don't want it!

they dont like the graphics, thex think it isnt good to have a graveyard behind you when you ski. they will give me the ski, and it comes from usa and they dont want that the shop doesnt ship or the ski comes too late!

so i have to buy a ski in germany and this are the favourites^^^^

my real favourite is the AR5, but I dont know theirradius and i wdont know how they are!

best wishes

vanessa

i posted the radius in your other thread. buy the 1r5.

i think you'd wanna go with AR5's instead of STL's for skiing pow... i skied in a bit of pow with my T halls today and they were actually pretty nice STL's are more for park/all mountain (east coast) riding

get the ar5, stl is more park and jib oriented

Moving to BC really opened up my eyes to what skiing is really about. HINT: Skiing isn't about tiny verticals, shit talking, and private clubs galore. Get the fuck out of Glen Eden and Craigleith or Caledon, and get real.'-what jib this thinks of me

^ yea it changed a ton shape and everything... more durable top sheet, different edges i believe

Definately get the Ar5's. i was in the same situation as you and i got the Ar5's and couldnt be more happy. they tear the park apart and are great everywhere else, and i should know, i also race.

cool. i heard much good things until now! and are they soft(moguls) or stiff? and how in compare with the scratch(differences and pros and cons...)?

thank YOu!
